General Contracting

Our company performs traditional general contracting.

Upon receipt of working drawings, Wincon will perform complete construction services for your project. Wincon will hire and supervise all sub-contractors, as well as coordinate all job-site activities related to the construction of the project.

Wincon’s Project Managers and Superintendents understand the importance of communication with the Owner during the construction process and provide a structured means to maintain the information flow.

Wincon prides itself in exceeding all construction fundamentals: cost control, schedule control, quality control, sub-contractor management, communication, and safety.

Design Build

Wincon’s Design Build program offers clients a single point of responsibility for quality, cost and schedule adherence. This places all coordination in Wincon’s hands, freeing the owner to focus on its primary business.

By combining a project’s design and construction elements into one team, Wincon, as the Design Builder, is capable of providing early pre-construction services, expediting the permit stage, faster mobilization, accelerated construction by overlapping early design and engineering work with procurement and construction services, and obtaining the best prices for long-lead items.

With its flexibility and timesaving, Design Build is particularly advantageous to an industry in which new technologies continually come on the market, and new changes may be needed after project start-up.

ASTRON Buildings

Astron is the European leader in pre-engineered steel buildings for industrial applications, commercial and retail outlets, storage, logistics, sports and leisure. The complete steel buildings comprise the outer shell with the main structure, wall, roof and accessories.

The company is certified to ISO 9001 for design, manufacturing and despatch – regularly proofed by SOCOTEC institute. The high quality standard of the buildings structure is certified by CE marking: Astron products are in compliance with the EN1090-2 standard.

In the last 50 years more than 50,000 buildings have been sold as turnkey solutions all over Europe through a network of 300 authorized builders.

Wincon is an authorized Astron builder dealer since 2007. And Astron is our most reliable supplier in the Design-Build program.

Tilt-up Buildings

Tilt-Up concrete construction is not new; it has been in use since the turn of the century. Since the mid-1940s it has developed into the preferred method of construction for many types of buildings and structures. In United States of America, over 15% of all industrial buildings are Tilt-Up, ranging in size from 500 to over 150,000 square meters. They are typified by their attractiveness, efficiency and longevity.

Tilt-Up construction is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. At least 10,000 buildings enclosing more than 65 million square meters are constructed annually. This is due, in part, to the economics of Tilt-Up, which combine reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction, and minimal capital investment.

Wincon is a proud member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA).

The first Tilt-Up building in Romania was erected on June 2013, for the new state of the art pharmaceutical storage facility Terapia Ranbaxy.
